Sorry for the late post.  Kaleb had last week off and we didn’t plan any meals.  It has been sooooooo fun spending so much time together as a family!

So I tried these a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with them! I am looking forward to eating these for my lunches.

Broccoli Veggie Soup

I don’t have a recipe for this I just throw a lot of veggies in a pot w/ chicken stock and cook everything until soft.  I then mash it a bit with a potato masher and add milk, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread.

Orange Chicken-http://www.handletheheat.com/2011/08/take-out-at-home-orange-chicken.html and sautéed broccoli w/garlic,ginger,salt and sesame oil added at the end.

Run Down: This was sooo good! I didn’t marinate the chicken for simplicity and I think it still was really flavorful b/c of the sauce.  The sauce had great flavor but didn’t get as thick as I expected.  I would make this again.

I am looking forward to this breakfast for dinner.  The frittata recipe I posted is one that I have used several times and love.  I have never used the veggies that are in the recipe.  I usually use green peppers or asparagus with the potatoes.
