–Chicken and Squash Soup- http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/turkey_squash_soup.html – I’m using frozen chicken breasts instead of turkey and dumping everything in the crock pot…hope it works.
Run Down: I didn’t really like it. It was kind of boring and I was not excited about the leftovers. However, Gabe gobbled it up like it was candy!
–Chicken and Black Bean Green Enchilada Bake-http://picky-palate.com/2011/04/25/chicken-and-black-bean-green-enchilada-rice-bake/
Run Down: We loved this! It was quick and easy to prepare and sooooooooo tasty. Gabe liked it too. I think this would be a great dish to give a couple who just had a baby.
-Spaghetti with Meat Sauce- cooked ground beef added to Trader Joe’s Marinara sauce served over whole wheat pasta. Served with Spinach Salad.

Run Down: Wow! These are my new favorite scones. They were easy to make, looked professional and tasted perfectly yummy. I loved eating them with a hot cup of tea.
