Baked Fish w/ Lemon and Butter (from freezer), Classic Macaroni and Cheese–http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2011/10/classic-macaroni-and-cheese-and-a-giveaway.html-(I am freezing half of this) and Salad.
–Southwestern Chicken Soup- 12oz jar salsa verde, 2 chicken breasts, can cannellini beans (drained), chopped onion, chopped green pepper, any other veggies you want. Put everything in the crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low. Shred chicken. Serve with Sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips, green onion, cilantro and lime.
