Taco SaladCrispy Taco Salad Shells layered with refried beans, Taco Meat, shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa and Ranch Dressing.

Panko Breaded Tilapia (Costco) Served with Broccoli Peanut Slaw-TJ’s Broccoli Slaw tossed w/ dried cranberries, peanuts, canned mandarin oranges, sliced green onion and spicy peanut dressing (tj’s) and Baked Potatoes.

Southwestern Chicken Soup- 12oz jar salsa verde, 2 chicken breasts, can cannellini beans (drained), chopped onion, chopped green pepper, any other veggies you want. Put everything in the crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.  Shred chicken.  Serve with Sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips, green onion, cilantro and lime.
