Fish Tacos-Flour tortilla filled w/ grilled Tillapia, shredded cabbage, salsa, and feta. Served w/ sweet potato fries (costco).

Orzo Salad with Tomatoes, Basil and Feta (bringing to teacher appreciation lunch at Gabe’s Preschool)

Gabe is turning 4 (!!!!!!!!!!!!) this April 14.  We are celebrating his birthday with friends this Saturday. Its going to be a Bug party and here our the snacks I have planned:

Ants on a Log-Celery, peanut butter and raisins.

Cheese and crackers

Fruit

S’mores Munchies Mix

Cupcakes

juice and water
