BBQ Chicken Quesadillas– Instead of jalapenos i’m adding red onion and bell peppers. Serving with cut up fruit.
Taco Salad-Lettuce topped w/taco seasoned ground turkey, black beans, corn, cheese, salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Fire Roasted Mac and Cheese with Feta serving with carrot sticks, pita chips and hummus. I made this last summer and really liked it. It made a lot so I’m going to split it between two 8×8 square pans and freeze one.
