CPK’s Kung Pao Spaghetti – adding shredded cabbage, ground turkey instead of chicken. Serving w/ roasted cauliflower.

Shrimp and Goat Cheese Quessadillas – Serving with raw veggies sticks and tortilla chips.

Sweet Balsamic Glaze Pork Loin {Slow Cooker} – serving w/ brown rice and roasted broccoli.

Strawberry Spinach Green Smoothie – This smoothie is so good! I made it several times last week and plan to keep on making it this week.
