CPK’s Kung Pao Spaghetti – adding shredded cabbage, ground turkey instead of chicken. Serving w/ roasted cauliflower.

Chicken, Apple, Pesto and Goat Cheese Sandwiches – Spread bread with pesto on each side add a layer of goat cheese, thinly sliced apple and cooked chicken. Grill both sides of sandwich. The best! Serving w/ carrot sticks.

Slow Cooker Coconut Curry Pork– Serving w/ Broccoli and yukon potatoes.

Amish-Style Apple & Cinnamon Bake Oatmeal -We have made this several times for breakfast and we love it! It is perfect meal for starting the day.
