Chicken Cordon Blue Roll Ups -Adding a little bit of light Alfredo Sauce and steamed Broccoli to the roll ups. Serving with raw Bell Pepper Strips and sweet potato fries.
Taco Salad Dippers -Serving w/ lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese and sour cream
Hot Dog’s, Sweet Potato Fries and Raw Bell Peppers Strips.
Fish Tacos-Flour tortilla filled w/ grilled Tillapia, shredded cabbage, salsa, this Sauce and feta. Served w/ tortilla chips and bell peppers.
Turkey Burgers – Serving w/ sweat potato fries and fresh fruit.
Spinach Artichoke Egg Casserole – Serving w/ whole wheat pancakes and turkey apple sausage.
Smothered Chicken Burritos – serving w/ tortilla chips, salsa and veggie sticks.
Big Fat Greek Tacos -I use half ground turkey and half ground beef. Serving w/ pita chips, hummus and sugar snap peas.
Olive Garden Pasta Fagioli (Crock Pot) – Used ground beef instead of sausage and added carrots. This was soooooooooo good!
Crock Pot Taco Meat – Used meat for taco salads. Tasted great. I loved this method of making taco meat.
Strawberry Shortcake Poke Cake – Made this for Kaleb’s staff party. We thought it was great! I ate way too much of this cake….

One Pot Spinach & Feta Macaroni and Cheese – Serving w/ Crispy fish fillets (Costco).
Foil Packet Sweet Potato Tacos – Instead of foil packets I’m going to try to bake everything in a 13×9 dish covered tightly with foil. I hope it works!
